I ordered the 24 hole variant to build a wheelset that would be stronger than normal. While I haven’t built the wheels yet, I have confirmed that the nominal taper spokes I have for the build will work in the hub holes. The fit and finish of these hubs seem good; they both rotate well with little friction.

If you’ve never built a set of bicycle wheels from scratch, be warned that it requires more than a little skill and experience, and a lot of patience. That said, these aluminum hubs are a good place to start. Construction quality feels very good and without logos, I would have a hard time telling the difference between these and a much more expensive set of hubs.

I really like these bike hubs. I look forward to using them on some road bike wheels I am going to build later. I really like the black finish and the quality seems very good. I am glad they are made for disc brakes. I want to upgrade my bike to a disc setup.  Very good item.

These look nice. They are well made. Machining is precise, no loose or sloppy looking areas. Hub body is smooth and has a nice click to it. These are not light, they feel very robust in the hand.
